@jdflynn @catholicpat The KPIs I would measure: “Grace to Sin ratio” (Eucharists given per Sunday : confessions heard per week, month) and “Sin to grace availability factor” (available confessions/week, month, etc)/total parishioners). The stronger the correlation the more successful the Parrish.

@jdflynn @frpatrickop @grok @grok didn’t reply. However, I separately prompted & grok concluded the average Catholic Church in the USA has ~4200 parishioners & offers confession for 1 hr/wk. If we assume 2 priests that’s 30 confessions/wk @ 4min/conf. That means only 0.7% of us need confession/wk.

@deddecco @jdflynn @frpatrickop @grok Yep, that’s similar to what I’m seeing. Assuming 4 per family that is 4800 people that means 0.5% of the church is sinning /week. A community of saints.
