@Barclaycard seeing as you’re not helping me with my financial dispute after it has almost been 12 months so I will be escalating this further. Please provide me with an email address that I can now write to as I refuse to liaise with you over the phone.
@opodo hey I was told I would receive a refund of £388.00 on my flight and have only been refunded £283.99? Can you explain why you’ve kept over £400 of my refund when I have cancellation protection?
@Barclaycard I’m a little bit annoyed. I’ve had a dispute open since last year Nov and you keep asking me to provide evidence which I already have and have explained my situation on many occasions. I have sent everything to you so why are you not helping?
