@British_Airways you have arrogantly responded in private basically stating it’s acceptable to allow a passenger to turn up with a boarding card and then tell them despite paying full fare you get offered a lower cabin. Not acceptable no customer service

@AmericanAir Not good enough. Full business fare. Confirmed seat 3 days prior then turn up and nothing. Get your supervisor off their backside and have the courtesy to at least address my issue.
