@AdegbiteAzeez4 @wisdommogbolu @NigeriaStories I won’t call a General hospital a PHC infastructure.Most General hospitals are built by state government.PHC deliver primary care services ..basic health needs ,health promotion,sickness prevention and rehabilitation..

@david1stking @NewtonKlarah @NigeriaStories You have nailed it .It’s only a system that is efficient and accountable that can provide this. You don’t have to build new PHCs; renovate existing ones and equip.Most PHC are owned by states ..collaboration would be do a great good.

@david1stking @AdegbiteAzeez4 @NigeriaStories I know a GP practice in 🇬🇧 with a si3 likened to a 5 bedroom flat which provides PHC services to over 12,000 patients 5 days a week.But in 🇳🇬 we keep investing in unsustainable projects within a failed system ..
