@JK_Dynamic_D @_sysengineer QUEL.
"The original name SEQUEL, which is widely regarded as a pun on QUEL, the query language of Ingres, was later changed to SQL (dropping the vowels) because 'SEQUEL' was a trademark of the Hawker Siddeley Dynamics Engineering Limited company."

@Natural1Crafts @thelittlepakeha @carlitoswayec No, you fool! Water will only dilute the acid. You need to mix it with a bass to neutralize it. This is why the timing of the beat drop is so critical in clubs.
@chriscar13@Desert_yoSemite@donwinslow @Eleven_Films “Well, first of all, I will be — if the Vice President isn’t there and we don’t expect him to be there, I will be presiding over the Senate,” according to a transcript of his remarks.
Grassley’s staff later said that was a “misinterpretation”.

@boomtron As far as lookahead goes, for a WP game, that tree gets very complex very quickly and not all players are willing to let all other players exhaustively consider those outcomes. This is partly just a personal preference. Downtime is somewhat subjective, too.
@boomtron Play then draw breaks the game for me in Carc. The rules say a player draws a tile, shows it to the other players, and they can make suggestions. If I already have my next tile, it is harder for other players to trust those suggestions. Carc is about social manipulation for me.
@boomtron It can be bad design, but there are games that play that way for a good reason, like Carcassonne. Another example, for me, would be "worker placement" games where the options left available have a major impact on what you do, so the time between turns is just waiting.
