When it comes to customer service I’ll highlight KLM for their failings this summer. Sadly very poor customer service process & denying compensation for something I proved was their issue very sad how comfortable they are to lose custom & devalue their product @KLM@AirFranceKLM

There's not being a fan of the Royals (an understandable position), then there's actively celebrating the death of an elderly woman. The second one makes you a very unsavoury person. She was an icon. Undeniably. And as someone who isn’t a royalist, I for one will mourn her loss.
@DempsterMartin Aside from the petty pot shots, calling out, hypocrisy, mild anger, recurrent themes, political undertones, misguided comments and bitterness I really don’t see how golf isn’t being shown in anything but a positive light of late.
