@NBN_Australia Thanks for getting involved, but this is Telstra's ineptitude. After about two and a half hours on hold with them last night they finally worked out they had failed to provision the change in plan. Nothing wrong with the NBN.
@Telstra I don't normally resort to tweeting at businesses but you make it so hard to talk to a person. On hold 90 mins so far to try to get the NBN plan upgrade I organised last Tuesday. Still not happened. COVID is happening to everyone. Stop making excuses for bad service.
