బుధవారం హరీష్ రావు నివాసానికి వెళ్లిన కేటీఆర్.. ఆయనకు శాలువా కప్పి, పుష్పగుచ్ఛం అందించి జన్మదిన శుభాకాంక్షలు తెలియజేశారు. ఈ సందర్భంగా హరీష్ రావు పరిపూర్ణ ఆరోగ్యంతో, సుదీర్ఘకాలం ప్రజాసేవలో కొనసాగాలని కేటీఆర్ ఆకాంక్షించారు. ఈ భేటీలో దేశపతి శ్రీనివాస్, ఎమ్మెల్యే సుధీర్ రెడ్డి మరియు పలువురు పార్టీ ముఖ్య నేతలు కూడా పాల్గొన్నారు.

How a SIT chief @SajjanarVC can officially refer to the issue of phone tapping as “illegal” even before the matter has been examined and decided by a competent court of law.

Such a statement is not only legally unsustainable but also deeply disturbing coming from SIT chief.

In a constitutional democracy, it is a settled principle of law that until a court of law records a finding, no allegation can be treated as an offence. This flows from Article 21 of the Constitution of India and the basic doctrine of presumption of innocence. The police are entrusted only with the task of investigation, they are neither judges nor adjudicators to declare any act as illegal at the stage of enquiry.

Whether any phone interception was legal or illegal depends upon strict compliance with Section 5(2) of the Indian Telegraph Act, the Information Technology Act, and the safeguards laid down by the Supreme Court in PUCL vs Union of India.

Any deviation or violation can be determined only through judicial scrutiny, not through official police communications.

By using the expression “illegal phone tapping” in an official message, the SIT chief has displayed a preconceived notion about the outcome of the investigation.

This conduct is unbecoming of the office he holds and is contrary to the standards of neutrality and restraint mandated under the All India Services (Conduct) Rules, 1968, which require absolute impartiality and integrity from senior officers.

Such premature conclusions, especially in a politically sensitive matter involving a former Chief Minister and the Leader of the Opposition, give rise to a reasonable apprehension of political motivation and biased investigation.

The Supreme Court has repeatedly held that investigations must not only be fair but must also appear to be fair, as public confidence in the criminal justice system is paramount.

When the head of the SIT adopts language that assumes guilt even before trial, it weakens democratic institutions and erodes faith in the rule of law.

Official police communications cannot be used to advance a political narrative or to prejudice public opinion.

We demand that investigating agencies function independently, professionally, and strictly within the bounds of law. Judgments must be delivered by courts, not through police messages, and democracy cannot survive if institutions abandon their constitutional limits.

The people of Telangana wanted to know why SIT chief doesn’t want to recognise KCR garu as Honourable Leader of Opposition??

కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రవేశపెట్టిన బడ్జెట్ 2026–27 తెలంగాణపై కొనసాగుతున్న నిర్లక్ష్యానికి మరో స్పష్టమైన నిదర్శనం.

దేశ ఆర్థిక వృద్ధికి కీలకంగా దోహదపడుతున్న తెలంగాణకు ఈ బడ్జెట్‌లోనూ న్యాయం జరగకపోవడం శోచనీయం.

ఏళ్లు గడుస్తున్నాయి, బడ్జెట్లు మారుతున్నాయి తప్ప, తెలంగాణకు నిధుల కేటాయింపులో చూపుతున్న కేంద్రం వివక్షలో ఎలాంటి మార్పు లేదు.

తెలంగాణ ఏర్పడి 12 ఏళ్లు గడిచినా విభజన చట్టం హామీలు అమలు చేయడంలో కేంద్రం దారుణంగా విఫలమైంది.

రీజినల్ రింగ్ రోడ్డు, హైదరాబాద్ మెట్రో విస్తరణ, రైల్వే ప్రాజెక్టులు, సాగునీటి ప్రాజెక్టులకు నిధుల కేటాయింపులు లేకపోవడం ఉద్దేశపూర్వక నిర్లక్ష్యం.

తెలంగాణకు ఐఐఎం, నవోదయ, కేంద్రీయ విద్యాలయాల ఊసు లేదు. ఒక్క ప్రాజెక్టుకు ఆర్థిక సాయం లేదు.

తెలంగాణ పట్ల కేంద్రం ప్రదర్శిస్తున్న స్పష్టమైన ఆర్థిక అన్యాయం ఇది.

తెలంగాణ నుంచి BJPకి 8 మంది, Congressకి 8 మంది ఎంపీలు ఉన్నప్పటికీ రాష్ట్రానికి ఒక్క కొత్త ప్రాజెక్టు కూడా రాలేదు.

పార్లమెంట్‌లో తెలంగాణ గొంతు వినిపించడంలో కాంగ్రెస్, బిజెపి రెండు జాతీయ పార్టీలు ఘోరంగా విఫలమయ్యాయి.

తెలంగాణ నుంచి ఇద్దరు కేంద్ర మంత్రులు ఉన్నా, బడ్జెట్ లో తెలంగాణకు నిధులు రాబట్టలేక పోవడం సిగ్గుచేటు.

కేంద్ర క్యాబినెట్‌లో ఉండి కూడా నిధులు తీసుకురాలేకపోవడం వారి అసమర్థతను చూపుతోంది.

ముఖ్యమంత్రి రేవంత్ రెడ్డి 60కిపైగా సార్లు ఢిల్లీ వెళ్లినా, వాటి ఫలితం మాత్రం శూన్యం.

డిల్లీ పర్యటనలు రాజకీయ ప్రదర్శనలకే పరిమితమయ్యాయి తప్ప, తెలంగాణకు ఎలాంటి లాభం లేదు.

@revanth_anumula తన రాజకీయ ప్రయోజనం కోసం రాష్ట్ర ప్రయోజనాలను కేంద్రం వద్ద తాకట్టు పెట్టడం వల్లే బడ్జెట్ కేటాయింపుల్లో తెలంగాణకు కనీస ప్రాధాన్యం లేకుండా పోయింది.

@INCIndia ,@BJP4India వంటి జాతీయ పార్టీలతో తెలంగాణకు జరిగేది నష్టమే తప్ప లాభం కాదని మరోసారి స్పష్టం అయ్యింది.

మొత్తంగా... @nsitharaman గారు ప్రవేశ పెట్టిన కేంద్ర బడ్జెట్ పూర్తిగా anti-Telangana, anti-farmer, anti-people.

వ్యవసాయం, ఆరోగ్యం, విద్య రంగాలకు ఈ బడ్జెట్‌లో తగిన ప్రాధాన్యం లేదు.

Futures & Optionsపై STT పెంపు మార్కెట్ విశ్వాసాన్ని దెబ్బతీసే చర్య.

రాష్ట్రాలకు రావాల్సిన పన్ను వాటాను క్రమంగా తగ్గిస్తూ ఆర్థిక సమాఖ్య (Fiscal Federalism) స్ఫూర్తిని తీవ్రంగా దెబ్బతీశారు.

కేంద్రం మాటల్లో సహకార సమాఖ్య (Cooperative Federalism) అంటూ ఆచరణలో రాష్ట్రాల పట్ల వివక్ష చూపడం ప్రజాస్వామ్య విరుద్ధం.

మధ్యతరగతి ప్రజలను పన్ను ఊరట లేదు, ద్రవ్యోల్బణ భారం పట్టించుకోలేదు, ఉద్యోగ కల్పన కాగితాలకే తప్ప వాస్తవ రూపం దాల్చడం లేదు.

దేశం ఎదుర్కొంటున్న అతిపెద్ద సవాళ్లయిన నిరుద్యోగం, తయారీ రంగం పతనం, రైతుల సంక్షోభం గురించి బడ్జెట్‌లో కనీస ప్రస్తావన లేదు.

దేశ భవిష్యత్తుపై ఎటువంటి స్పష్టత లేని బడ్జెట్ ఇది.

బడ్జెట్ అనంతరం స్టాక్ మార్కెట్ నష్టాలతో ముగియటం తీవ్ర నిరాశకు నిదర్శనం.

*కేసీఆర్ అభివృద్ధి మోడల్ ను చాటి చెప్పిన 16 వ ఆర్థిక సంఘం*

ఈ పరిస్థితుల్లోనూ తెలంగాణ అభివృద్ధి సాధించిందంటే, అది కేసీఆర్ గారి పదేళ్ల ప్రభుత్వ సమర్థవంతమైన ఆర్థిక పాలన ఫలితం అని ఆర్థిక సంఘం స్పష్టం చేసింది.

తెలంగాణ own tax revenue 2023-24 నాటికి దేశంలోనే 80% చేరింది. ఇది దేశంలోనే అత్యధికం.

కేంద్ర నిధులపై అత్యల్ప ఆధారపడే రాష్ట్రంగా తెలంగాణ నిలిచింది.

2023-24 నాటికి Capital Expenditure విషయంలో తెలంగాణ దేశంలో Top 4 రాష్ట్రాల్లో ఒకటిగా నిలిచింది.

వ్యవసాయ రంగంలో రైతు బంధు వంటి చారిత్రక పథకాలు తెలంగాణలోనే అమలయ్యాయి.

2023-24 నాటికే, రూ. 19,681 కోట్లతో దేశంలోనే అత్యధిక వ్యవసాయ సబ్సిడీ ఇచ్చిన రాష్ట్రం తెలంగాణ అని రుజువైంది.

కేసీఆర్ గారు ప్రారంభించిన మిషన్ కాకతీయ అమృత్ సరోవర్ గా దేశానికి రోల్ మాడల్ అయ్యింది.

బడ్జెట్ లో చెప్పిన “500 reservoirs and Amrit Sarovars development” ఈ విషయాన్ని స్పష్టంగా చెబుతోంది.

తెలంగాణ ఆచరిస్తే.. దేశం అనుసరిస్తున్నదన్న విషయం మరోసారి రుజువైంది.
