Tired of waiting for @thedankoe's Kortex (second brain app).
Going for a search for an ideal AI second brain assistant, will let you know in the thread about my findings.

Tested Google NotebookLM so far.
Pros:
1. Ease of use and familiarity of the interface (pick the files and talk to a chat)
2. Integration with Google Drive
3. Actual "grounding the answer" in the source provided (this is also a Con, stay with me)
4. Every answer has a reference
Learning to let go of things.
I've always wanted to save things, thinking that if I don't upcycle them, they will go to waste.
This approach led me to accumulating a ton of old tools and quirky memorabilia, disabling my adaptability and putting a heavy load on my shoulders.
5. be kind to yourself during this journey.
remember, you are reaching your dreams with each and every small step!
at the start of your workday, take the time to thank yourself for every little victory of yesterday or the past week.
you can do it! 🤞
Being an ADHD solopreneur, set yourself clear, actionable goals for the next day.
Otherwise you may find yourself a prisoner of your executive deficiency, not finishing your projects resulting in decreasing self-esteem 😱
4. find an accountability partner, group or community.
- tell those that need to know about your daily routine
- discuss your progress on a regular basis with a peer/peers on a similar path (solopreneurs or adhd or both ;))
- follow creators that care for this topic
3. most goals can be achieved in several ways. make sure you don't spend forever overresearching an ideal solution.
better done than perfect! look for low-hanging fruit to achieve your goal
- timebox research
- timebox tests
- commit on a decision
- focus and deliver
@_flowcollective 2. arranging a daily routine for your workday - however, don't overdo it! you probably can "tick" only several goals a day before you run out of your spoons/juices
check out the FOCI planner by @thedankoe (free for print) or any planner involving prioritization or goal ordering
You can make sure you follow through by:
1. making sure these goals are an effective way to reach your high hard goals
! these high hard goals should embody your massive transformative purpose, so finding an MTP is a starting point !

@prageru you forgot to mention - even if it's obvious to some, should be include in such explanarion - that the nationalist part is what makes Hitler far-right, and why it is so.
One of the main issues with ADHD is that
one idea generates another and
when you're getting to the executive phase of the 1st idea,
the second already starts its own life in your imagination.
How remarkable it'd be to be able to execute the idea before its dopamine kick expires.
Every ADHD person could become a solo startup accelerator, if only we were given tools to build solutions in the speed we come up with ideas.
The AI era brings certain new solutions for our old attention-deficit challenges.
