A momentous day for our ecosystem and our Commonwealth and a new chapter for the Massachusetts Life Sciences Initiative. Today, @MassGovernor signed into law the Mass Leads Act, an economic development bill that will build on the success of our renowned life sciences sector.
The MLSC's 2035 Fund will strengthen every layer of the life sciences ecosystem and includes programs that support startups, research labs, industry leaders, and the next generation of life sciences talent. These programs are currently accepting applications.
These sessions are geared towards the creation of collaborative teams developing innovative approaches to address this round's disease focus areas across four key pillars.

Register for an upcoming virtual Women’s Health Initiative Teaming Session that aims to connect researchers, clinicians, and public health leaders from Massachusetts-based not-for-profit research institutions.
BioBoost provides up to $3 million for companies and nonprofit partners to build or scale operations, and up to $500,000 for developers to prepare sites for future life sciences use.

Through its Women’s Health Collaboration program, the MLSC aims to incentivize translational projects that develop novel solutions to treat conditions that solely or disproportionately affect women or have different presentations between genders.
