I'm still determined to get my friend Ras a good bike + kit so that he can continue impacting more lives with his kind & cheerful spirit...today we trained boys on safe cycling.
So far I have received 5k from @bomanomakenya 37k to go!
#LoveForRasWaNarok I know this will happen
Today is 14 days after Valentine's and I'm afraid I may fail to get a love gift for my longtime friend and rider, Ras Narok🤦🏿😪
I wish to get Ras a bike better than mine! Currently, he's using my Scott as I try to make his (pictured) safe & roadworthy

Btw, what he is doing is what is what we are asking parliamentarians to do.
What Wakili Pheroze told us to do.
Some things you do just so that the record shows that someone tried to hold power to account.
This is the absurdity people warned about.
How are journalists meant to cover a multi-country WC if following a team to Canada or Mexico means they may not be allowed back into the US?
It’s discriminatory, impractical, and completely undermines the idea of a global tournament.
The court's bravery either spectacularly failed or it succumbed to outside pressures. The dissonance is hard to reconcile and defend even for pro-government folks who are honest with themselves.
A country where Maraga is arrested whereas Didmus Barasa is free is a failed nation. A nation where crooks like Duale are walking scot free whilst destroying our health system. But law abiding citizens like Maraga are arrested. What have we turned into!
Ages ago, our high school headmaster introduced a suggestion box. It was wooden and was fixed at the Admin Office. Somr students would use it to snitch on others. On this first term closing day even, some bad boys broke it and carried it away. They read the letters. One particular letter had implicated a few for monilisation/bullying. It was easy to pick the author. Worst, we'd break in the evening and leave next day in the morning.
The author in question had come as the best student. He had a distinct handwriting.
Long story short, he never reported for second term. The boys almost killed him that night. He had no cover with school closed. Also, those thugs turned to br miserable lots in their adulthood.
I used to work for a certain bank where I was heavily involved in data analysis. One day, I decided to analyze customer accounts based on their balances. I categorized them into two groups: accounts with KSh 5,000 and above, and accounts with less than KSh 5,000.
The results were quite interesting. About 80% of account holders had balances below KSh 5,000, while only 20% had balances above KSh 5,000.
What was even more surprising was the distribution of the total deposits. The 80% of customers with balances below KSh 5,000 held only 20% of the bank's total deposits, while the 20% with balances above KSh 5,000 held 80% of the total deposits. The bank's management was also surprised by these findings, and they eventually created a separate banking service for customers with large deposits.
We went further and conducted research to understand the dynamics behind this pattern.
We found that those with balances below KSh 5,000 were mainly:
Tenants
Parents
Shoppers
Worshippers
Retailers
Most of them were salaried employees.
On the other hand, those with balances above KSh 5,000 were typically:
- Landlords
- Supermarket owners
- Manufacturers and wholesalers
- Churches
- Schools
- Other organizations
The reason was simple: these accounts received money from many people. In fact, we referred to them as "collection accounts."
The lesson I drew from this is that wealth is often built by creating systems, businesses, or assets that generate income from the efforts and transactions of many people, rather than relying solely on a salary.
One challenge is that many employed people never fully grasp this concept because a regular salary can sometimes limit their thinking about alternative ways of generating income and building wealth.
He is only 33 years old. This is the biggest moment of his career. He’s probably been waiting for it for months.
But who will talk about it? There are 48 teams, hundreds of players, and representatives from all over the world. Who will finally speak up?
Am reminded of an experiment where scientist put 5 people in a room and told them to stand up each time they heard a bell , they were not allowed to talk to each other , they then took one person and replaced them with a new person that didn't know the rules . Nonetheless the new person stood at the sound of the bell because the others stood . They went on to replace all the 5 people with new people that didn't know why they were standing at the sound of the bell .
Several girls high school in 2026 Kenya require girls to be shaven ,why ? Because that is how the missionary who started the school demanded.
Most schools dnt have a school canteen ,why ? Because some students will feel left out . It's as if after school the government will prevent their peers from buying pizza so they dnt feel left out.
Do you see what am saying , we have a generation of people protecting a system they dnt even understand. This is where my war with millennials started.

FIFA President:
School unrest is not just a discipline problem. Many schools built for 500–600 students are now hosting 2,000–3,000 learners without corresponding expansion of dormitories, classrooms, dining halls, and sanitation facilities.
In some schools, students have to bathe in shifts because the facilities cannot handle the population. Overcrowding, lack of privacy, and constant pressure create an environment of stress and frustration that cannot be ignored.
Burning dormitories is wrong and endangers lives. But if we want lasting solutions, we must address the underlying issues: overcrowded schools, overstretched infrastructure, inadequate counselling services, and rising student stress levels.
Most humans will die without ever realizing that their brains have been completely hijacked by the indoctrination and conditioning of a few thousand psychopathic people in control of the information we're allowed to see and that is quite infuriating, actually.
This was the scholarship I won to pursue a PhD in Computational Mathematics at the Pan African University, one of Africa's premier institutions. The scholarship was highly competitive, and I was selected to represent Kenya. I went on to graduate at the top of my class, which comprised some of the brightest mathematics students from across the African continent. It is important to note that this was an African Union scholarship. As a beneficiary, I am required to remain and work in Africa for at least five years after completing my studies. The primary objective of the African Union scholarship programme is to build adequate academic and research capacity for African universities and institutions. Despite these achievements, I have not been able to secure an opportunity within the university system.
