🚨 FIFA statement on Thomas Partey left out of Canada.
“FIFA can confirm that player Thomas Partey will be unable to travel from Ghana's Team Base Camp in Boston, USA, to Canada for their first match against Panama on Wednesday, 17 June, as his visa application has been refused by the Canadian government.
"FIFA is not involved in the immigration processes of host countries, including the adjudication of visas. As with previous FIFA events, the host government ultimately determines who receives a visa and is admitted into the country."
🚨𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚: The Portugal national team will be provided with the best training base in the US for the World Cup, Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
The reported reason is Cristiano Ronaldo's immense popularity in the USA, with officials wanting security measures to be as tight as possible. 🇵🇹
THIS IS JUDGE MAGGIE SCOTT
She let child rapist Daniel Cieslak, who raped a 12-YEAR-OLD girl, WALK FREE from her courtroom. But guess what? Not only that!
She gave him an ABSOLUTE DISCHARGE, despite him pleading GUILTY.
She also sparked outrage by praising Algerian rapist Hamadache Hamza for settling in Britain and setting up a hairdressing business.
She said that the predator deserved “credit” for overcoming his “very difficult background” to become a successful business owner in Scotland
🚨🇬🇧 BREAKING: UK Defense Secretary John Healey just quit.
His reason: the Treasury won't fund defense properly, and he's being forced to make decisions that would leave British forces less ready and personnel at greater risk.
The man responsible for UK national security just told Keir Starmer the country is less safe because of him.
The Defense Investment Plan only reaches 2.68% of GDP by 2030. Healey says that's not enough. He finished a full cross-government plan in January. The Treasury buried it.
So he walked.
And this is happening while Britain is already dealing with street unrest, anti-immigration protests, violence, and a collapsing sense that the government has control of anything.

🚨BREAKING🚨
This is Belfast migrant stabbing victim, Stephen Ogilvie.
It’s understood today that doctors have now placed him in an induced coma but have said that ‘Stephen is a fighter’ 💚
He has tragically lost his left eye and socket, with surgeons operating twice to rebuild his nose and save his right eye.
Surgeons also had to frantically intervene to rescue his throat and neck.
Medics are now focusing on reducing the swelling to his face.
Please take a moment to say a prayer for Stephen, his family and the medical team who are saving his life 🙏🇮🇪
🇬🇧 The Sudanese man accused of the Belfast knife attack didn't sit a single interview before Britain granted him asylum.
He ticked through a 10-page form, and the Home Office waved him in.
Hadi Alodid was handed a 5-year refugee visa in September 2023 under the fast-track scheme Rishi Sunak set up to clear a backlog of 92,000 cases.
Staff nicknamed it the "grant factory."
Civil servants had warned back in 2023 that the scheme would fail to flag "bad guys" including terrorists and serious offenders, who would get the right to remain rather than face deportation.
Alodid crossed from the Republic of Ireland into Northern Ireland through the Common Travel Area, an "unlocked back door to the United Kingdom," which has no identity checks.
Security minister Dan Jarvis says he's already started internal talks about weaknesses in the arrangement.
If someone had actually sat across from him, they might have seen how unstable he was.

🚨BREAKING: Protests have now ERUPTED across Northern Ireland for a second night in a row
Footage from Belfast shows masked protesters facing off with police as multiple fires are already raging across the city.
The World Cup begins tomorrow, and many will watch the matches. Soccer reminds us of something we must not forget: life is not a race to show off on our own, but a path we learn to walk together. Anyone who does not know how to pass the ball, even if they have talent, has not yet understood the game. Anyone who does not know how to live with and for others has not yet understood life. #ApostolicJourney

Another day passes where @FIFAcom have not publicly supported referee Omar Artan.
Also disappointed in PierLuigi Collina for his silence on this. A true leader who needs to publicly show his leader and support of his team member.
If there is ever a time to stand up as a collective, the time is NOW.
Please don’t miss this opportunity.

🚨BREAKING: Didier Drogba says if the USA didn't want other Countries citizens in the US they shouldn't have bid for the Fifa world cup 2026 and says denial of Iran supporters and Somali referee Omar Artan is totally unacceptable, Football should be separated from politics
"When a country bids to host the biggest football tournament on the planet, it knows exactly what comes with it. Players, referees, officials and supporters from every corner of the world are part of the package."
"I look at the situation involving Somali referee Omar Artan and I feel disappointed for him. FIFA selected him because he earned that opportunity on merit, yet he was unable to participate after being denied entry."
"Then you hear about Iran's football federation claiming that its supporter ticket allocation was withdrawn just days before the tournament. If true, that leaves ordinary fans paying the price for issues that have nothing to do with football."
"The people suffering are not politicians. They're supporters who save money for years hoping to follow their national team at a World Cup."
"Football has always been one of the few things capable of bringing different cultures together. The moment politics starts deciding who gets to be part of that experience, everyone loses."
"I played in World Cups and international tournaments. The beauty of those events is seeing supporters from dozens of countries sharing the same streets, the same stadiums and the same passion."
"No fan should be judged because of their nationality, and no referee should miss the biggest moment of his career because of political circumstances beyond his control."
"FIFA, governments and football authorities need to find solutions because the headlines right now are about visas, travel restrictions and disputes instead of the football itself."
"The World Cup should belong to the world. That's what makes it special. The game must always come first, and politics should never be allowed to overshadow football's greatest celebration."
