People who are too lazy to learn a basic mechanic should stick to ARAM because they're going to get roadblocked by the next hurdle. CSing is one of the easiest things to get better at and feel like you're improving at the game early on

Riot will just keep finding new things to dumb down instead of making useful tutorials that actually teach the game.
