Anticipation is one of the game’s biggest separators. Anticipation wins.

Avg shows up on time

Avg mindset brings elite talent down. Elite attitude brings avg ability up.

Hitters every ptch is a strike. Stop on balls, don't start on strikes. It's "hit,hit,hit no" as opposed to is it a strike. The ball is by you by the time you start to swing the bat when you go up to the plate trying to ID strikes. ID balls & stop your swing.

FOUR CORNERS is the mother of all infield drills. Just about every single throw an infielder will ever have to make can be isolated, like the @Phillies focus on the underhand feed here. Different size boxes help set up different types of throws. #STdrills
