they’ll study. encourage them to join a gym too. set healthy limits, an hour or two of gaming a day is more than enough. support good habits instead of taking away everything they enjoy.

once they’re in their 20s, adulthood, responsibilities, work, and career pressure will leave them with far less free time. let them make memories while they can, without making them feel like their entire worth depends on their career.
