I heard from the social media that ADC has picked its vice presidential candidate from the South-South. If this is true, it is unfortunate, as this will continue the crude marginalisation of the South-East.
This Geo-Political Zone has neither produced a President or Vice President since 1999. To deny the South-East the opportunity to produce the President or Vice President in ADC in 2027 will amount to perpetuating the marginalisation.
The ADC was founded by Ralphs Nwosu from the South-East in 2005. He made the sacrifice to give up the party in 2025 for the coalition to usher in a better Nigeria. He couldn't have made that sacrifice to marginalise his own people.
I did not join the coalition to assist in the further marginalisation of my own people. I am of the opinion that if we made a sacrifice to give up the National Chairman and the President, it will amount to unpardonable injustice to deny us the Vice President in 2027.
I joined politics to fight for a better Nigeria where no region, Geo-Political Zone, or person will be marginalised.
The only favour I asked Atiku Abubakar, who openly declared that he is the pathway to the presidency of the South-East, is to show it by choosing someone from the South-East to be his Vice.
If it is confirmed that he has chosen a candidate from the South-South, I wish him well. I am not favourably disposed to campaigning for any presidential ticket that does not have a person of South-East origin as President or Vice in 2027.

Here we go again
It’s the coastal road that is pissing you up. But the Sokoto-Badagry highway isn’t abi? So the north deserves something good and not the south?.
Your pain is just getting started, you might need to save up the energy just yet. More crying will follow.
People seeing the hand work of the Government won’t come online and say rubbish about the sincere efforts to bring Nigeria up to speed to where we should be.
This is the Abakaliki–Afikpo flyover section of the Ebonyi–Cross River–Nasarawa–Benue–Abuja Super Highway, a landmark project valued at over ₦400 billion, and this particular place we are seeing now is the Abaomege section of the road, my own community.
I must say that seeing my people so happy yesterday, shouting the names of President Tinubu and Engr. David Umahi because of this project, brought tears down to my eyes.
You see, if you're not from my community, Abaomege, made up of seven villages, you will never understand what I am trying to say here. Since 1999, no govt noticed us in the whole of Ebonyi State, and my leader, Engr. David Umahi, confirmed exactly what I am saying yesterday. In fact, it got so bad at some point that we did not even know if we were part of the South-East, talk more of Nigeria. Then Sen. David Umahi came in as Governor and did what he could. But in 2023, God answered our prayers in full through Tinubu, Ọ́rùù Kà.
Today, I boldly say that my community, Abaomege, is becoming one of the most developed communities in ÀlàIgbo, all thanks to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Engr. David Umahi.
What makes this emotional for me is that this road is not just passing through our land, it is rewriting our history. For years, politicians came and went. We listened to promises. We voted. We waited. Nothing happened.
Our people travelled on terrible roads, businesses suffered, opportunities passed us by, and many of our young people left believing nothing good could ever come to this place.
This is why I laugh whenever I see people who have never stepped foot in communities like mine sit comfortably online and tell us what development looks like. Must I reject what I can see with my own eyes because it does not fit somebody's political narrative?
Must Abaomege refuse development because some people have already decided who they want to hate? Must we pretend this road does not exist? Must we deny the transformation taking place in our communities just to make some politicians feel better about themselves?
History will be very kind to those who made this possible because long after the noise of politics fades away, this road will remain here. Long after the arguments on media disappear, this road will still be carrying our people, opening up our communities, connecting businesses, and creating opportunities for generations yet unborn.

@Idaneko1 You sincerely don’t need any serious conversation with them to figure that out. They LARGELY speaking from emotional standpoint. Nothing about conversing with them suggests intelligence or genuine knowledge.
This video is a must-watch for Nigerians who really need knowledge about what the president is doing. The man in white is very knowledgeable and intelligent; the other guys are just noise makers without knowledge and speaking with emotion, not fact. This makes me conclude that most people who support Peter Obi are noise makers; they don't speak from knowledge; they just want to discredit this country just because their candidates didn't become president.

@chichi83585281 The infrastructure for electricity will magically appear on site Abi?
Or other components of the “amenities” you’re talking about will just appear onsite the moment you pay the contractors abi?
You know your audience
“Avoid marrying a woman you cannot correct, direct or instruct, for no reason will you make this costly mistake. Avoid it at all cost,” a Nigerian man advises other men.
@chichi83585281 To help you further
With good access road comes other infrastructure. Governance gets to people easily when they’re connected with roads.
You need to know how country develops. Every machines that makes for better living will be moved on roads to an extent.
1.1 MILLIONS NAIRA WAS GIVEN TO THOSE PEOPLE BROUGHT BACK FROM SOUTH AFRICA DO YOU HEAR ABOUT IT?
It is a disgrace to all Nigerian bloggers, journalists, and especially our politicians who are so eager to take to social media to condemn President Tinubu. Let it be known, unequivocally, that President Tinubu will serve and complete his full eight-year term, regardless of any opposition. I recall ling ago when @Verydakman disrespected our compatriot @abikedabiri over similar issues that our government took no action on time. Furthermore, the 1.1 million naira provided to those repatriated from South Africa was met with silence from many, including @ruffydfire and @seunokin. One must question this animosity towards any positive action taken by President Tinubu. Notably, @PeterObi and @atiku remained silent on the matter. The fervent supporters of Peter Obi, whom some label 'ObiEdiots,' were evidently dismayed that President Tinubu's actions in aiding Nigerians from South Africa proved beneficial. Even our local celebrities offered no comment. Be warned: any ill intentions or accusations directed at President Tinubu and his family will rebound upon each of you, and your descendants for ten generations. You are a collection of fools; may misfortune befall you bastards.
PRESIDENT BOLA AHMED TINUBU JAGABAN OF THE WORLD TILL 2031. HE IS UNSTOPPABLE.

Define foolishness and point a dullard for me….💔
I hope someday we will tell ourselves the truth that, Nigerian youths are not as intelligent as we think. That you’re staying abroad doesn’t make you any intelligent either.
Just for the records.
“Governors are not held accountable. Literally, when you challenge the Governors about insecurity, they point to the presidency. But a lot of the things that make up insecurity is controlled by the states.”— @DrCOmole
Peter is simply canvassing for Ibo votes. That’s his only way to get through to their conscience. I hardly hear him talk about his performance as Anambra state governor as a yardstick for his fit for presidency.
Gossssshhhhhh!
So @PeterObi did not see anything wrong with the crime committed by Nnamdi Kanu.
2: He should read the full court judgement first.
3: Therefore, it is clear that @PeterObi supported NK and by extension, terrorism.
4: what @PeterObi should do is to hire new lawyers to appeal Judgment. Instead of showing contempt against our Court.
5: it shows that @PeterObi does not respect judiciary at all.
6: Police, security services, military lost their officers and men via NK’s directives. It is unfortunate
