@SkyHelpTeam That is the case when I spoke with them this morning I was told nothing could be done in regards my bill. I still have to pay even though you are not providing the service ! Great customer service yet again !

@SkyHelpTeam That’s all done and sorted but the problem is with no broadband we have no tv! Your ‘help’ desk I spoke seems not to care about this,I’m paying for a service I can’t use! And could be 2days before it’s fixed 🤬
