@ohcararara Yes! My sis and I almost had a drinking game... for every ridiculous fog in S1, then every time one of us shouted "are you f***n kidding me?!" at the screen (plots, etc). ALMOST had a game. But there were like 10 fogs in the first ep, and we were watching on lunch break.

@ohcararara Oatmeal was a breakfast go-to for me, can be fruity/sweet or savory. Plus it's a fiber that processes slowly, not fast like leafy greens etc.

@ohcararara Me too! It is quite a process, learning a new diet... Especially when Crohn's can be so different from person to person. (Dairy and whole nuts and dark greens were my first dietary cuts)
