@Kitchenveteran@benshapiro You’re nuts. I now have plenty of money to order burritos or anything else, but I’d rather buy quality ingredients and cook; it’s cheaper. And when I was broke in my 20s, I had lots of roommates and lived within my means.
@villama2@benshapiro That’s funny because I make my own burritos for so much cheaper at home. And I can afford to order $20 burritos. But it’s stupid wasteful to have fast food delivered.
@AshleyJMorton2@schmeeeds@SublimeOneTen@SethDillon Geez, lady! My mother was a (legal) immigrant single mother of 3. We all worked hard, got educations, and are all very comfortable now. I have relatives who didn’t finish high school & own their own successful business. It can be done in USA
@catturd2 And of course, they all jump in the comments, “but, but… she makes good points, we need to ask questions, etc.”
I’m shocked at the number of people who are susceptible to her outrageous nonsense.
@ProudSocialist Oh look! A leftist siding with the enemy regime that many of its own people despise, and is opposed by most of its neighbors. Iranian regime relies on useful idiot leftists who enjoy free speech and spread their propaganda.
@dahedd_gs@KrisztinaMaria Nope! Legally, that constitutes sexual assault and/or penetration by foreign object. Rape is legally defined as penis penetration of vagina.
@GregoryRoot9@nosoup4knowles Some hearsay evidence is admissible under exceptions to hearsay rule, and/or admissible for preliminary hearing, for purposes of brevity. The standard at prelim is probable cause, not beyond a reasonable doubt, as in a trial.
@The_Finer_Print@nosoup4knowles@UncivilLaw Yes; objections are for appeal. But, they must be based on legal principles. Random objections not based on law are useless for the appeal and can and will annoy the trier of fact, whether a judge or a jury.
