Pulled the top 30 domain search terms on Atom from the last 3 months and compared them with the prior 3.
"AI" remains #1 by roughly 3x the next term. But there is an interesting shift underneath.
"Agents" +560%
"Fintech" +295%
"SaaS" +200%
Meanwhile "tech" fell 57% and "technology" fell 25%.
This is what industry maturation looks like. Early on, everyone's a "tech company". As the market evolves, founders identify with verticals, not the category.
I expect the same to happen with "AI". Searches will shift toward specific use cases: healthcare, legal, education. Agents are just the first wave.

Range Rover to launch its second EV, the Sport Electric, a luxury electric SUV that the company hopes will “redefine” the segment
https://t.co/PH0AyGMEEp
This is one of those milestone moments that will probably look obvious in hindsight.
Germany, the same country that gave the world Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Porsche, Audi and Volkswagen, has just seen battery electric vehicles become the best-selling powertrain for the first time. In June, BEVs outsold petrol, diesel, hybrids and plug-in hybrids individually, with BEV sales up 78% year-on-year.
The symbolism is hard to ignore.
The birthplace of the internal combustion automobile is now leading with the technology that is replacing it.
My biggest takeaway isn't just that EVs won a single month. It's that this is exactly how disruption looks:
➡️ First, EVs become competitive
➡️ Then they become the largest growth segment
➡️ Then they become the largest powertrain
➡️ Eventually they become the default choice
Germany has now crossed that third milestone.
For anyone still arguing that electrification is a niche trend, it's worth remembering that this is happening in one of the world's most iconic automotive markets, home to companies that built their reputations on combustion engines.
The transition isn't happening on the fringes anymore, it's happening at the very centre of the global auto industry. https://t.co/v1g3ko2a2W
