@Femescent Yes! We had to do that a few times. Most cities have laws that the landlord is responsible for all "basic human needs" like heat, a/c (if u have it) water, sewer, hot water, appliances provided, locks, mold, vermin or bugs. My D's shower broke recently and they had to fix it.

@meljomur Because "trans rights" are about external validation, not internal peace and happiness. Everyone must agree to pretend you can change sex, ignore reality, give up free thought and personal rights and freedoms- for the "transition" to be complete. There is no "trans" in a vacuum.
