@Spectator_LIFE @bindelj Italian bread/pizzas: our staple IS sourdough, we just don't call it so - made with a starter (live yeast). I'd be surprised if served focaccia as dipping bread . I'd expect what u were given. best pizzerias have their own 'yeast', used for generations.

@SaturdayKitchen 'Cauliflower Bolognaise' - what now? Bolognaise is not a synonym for sauce. No cauli, rosemary, thyme, garlic, butter in bolognaise. This swuce has ZERO connection to the meat ragu from Bologna ('Bolognaise').

@GWRHelp Paddington GWR shambles. First they lock us on a broken train for nearly 1/2 hour. Finally let us off, scramble to get alternative train. Original train leaves... Get on alternative train. No train mgr, we can't leave. 1 hr later - still sat on train at Paddington
