@DealsDhamaka Nice move, with palm oil exports being banned from Indonesia. They have sensed input cost will increase . One stone two arrows, same input cost and image as healthier brand.
@SagarAwatade One question i saw usage tutorial and it covers only front tooth. But majority issues happen on teeth at backside. How to floss backside tooth.
The Karnataka government allocates ₹1,31,693 crore for salaries and pensions for 12 lakh 85 thousand government employees. This includes permanent employees, local body employees, and contract or bonded employees.
The total state expenditure is ₹4,12,688 crore, so salaries and pensions account for approximately 32% of the total budget.
Everyone in Karnataka knows about the efficiency ,bribe-rejecting (😂) tendencies, and the lightning speed with which these employees sometimes complete work, even before deadlines.
What is your opinion? Is this 32% of the budget for 1.86% of Karnataka’s population justified?
@Rakkasa007@AkshayBharadhw3@ChristinMP_ Metro avg speed is 40kmph. Suburban rail is 60kmph, also it can utilize existing railway infra. Far more easier to implement than metro.

I hope Ahimsa Chetan will respond to this open letter by Parvateesh Bilidale.

Dear Chetan,
It is said that your family has invested in and holds a direct or indirect partnership in HCG (Health Care Global), a major private hospital in Karnataka that has a network in the cancer treatment industry. (HCG Hospital is located on the road behind Bengaluru's City Corporation - BBMP - office.)
Your father, Shri Basavalinga Amar Kumar, is a renowned cancer treatment surgeon who, apart from America, owns healthcare businesses in many places in India, including Bengaluru (HCG) and Mysuru (Sada Sharada Tumor Treatment Center). Cancer treatment today is an industry worth hundreds of crores of rupees. His DIN Number in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, is 02461805.
I request you to respond to the following simple questions:
1) It is reported that clinical trials were conducted at Bengaluru's HCG cancer hospital without informing the government and without obtaining patients' consent. I am providing the media report regarding this here. A clinical trial involves using a patient who comes for treatment as a test subject and observing the effects of treatment and drugs. This is a criminal offense. Clarify whether your family has financial dealings in the HCG hospital business.
2) It is alleged that cancer treatment machines and equipment that have been used for a few years in hospitals of wealthy European countries and are at the stage of being discarded are purchased second-hand, brought to India (including Bengaluru), installed in hospitals, and used to provide treatment that is not very effective. Is it true that the treatment effect of these outdated machines is poor? The reason cited is that while new machines cost an average of seven to eight crore rupees, second-hand ones are available for under three crore rupees. Is this true? It is said that obtaining permission to transport such cancer machines, called Refurbished Equipment, from one place to another is also difficult. The Atomic Energy Regulatory Board of India supervises these, which are classified as Medical Radiology Equipment. Has the HCG company, in which your family is said to have investment, imported cancer treatment equipment following all laws? Are all of them new machines?
Departments of the Karnataka Government with large numbers of employees, such as Transport, Electricity, etc., have now entered into agreements with HCG for cancer treatment. Is HCG complying with all the provisions of the Karnataka Private Medical Establishment Act - 2007? How many crores of rupees does HCG receive every year for the treatment of government employees? Clarify what kind of business relationship exists between Mysuru's Sada Sharada Hospital, in which your family/father is a partner, and HCG.
For many years, doctors who are entrepreneurs from HCG have been members of the policy-making committee of the Karnataka Government's Health Department. Is it ethically right for HCG, a private, profit-driven entity, to be members of such a committee that makes government health-related policy decisions and is supposed to protect public interest?
I trust that you will reply.
