@agarwalpacker Pathetic service! I had to move from Delhi to Mumbai. And first no one responds on customer service. You guys just pass on the delhi branch no. Who dont pick calls. Cartons and tapes are sent in short supply. Then you sent truck which is already loaded with garbage.

@RailwaySeva Requesting you to improve the services at Vijayawada Junction Station. It is absolute discomfort to the passengers with tickets booked in AC class to wait on platforms during these extreme summers.

Shocked to note that there is NO Free AC waiting hall at Vijayawada Junction Railway Station under South Coast Railway. There is one at Platform 1 but can't understand why it is converted into Prepaid AC waiting hall charging Rs.24/hour per person which is generally overcrowded
