@RoyalMail paid £80 for parcelforce express48 delivery and within 24hrs you advise the parcel will be delivered 6 days later! It so grossly exceeds the advertised timeframe surely this has to be false advertising? @TSScot

@RoyalMail absolute shocking service once again by the Royal Mail. I've waited in all day for a parcel that I paid for next day delivery. I have just received an email to say address was not accessible!!!
