@flipkartsupport How many more day we should be without fridge? We don't have a old one as well. That's bothering us more. Just imagine a family without a fridge?? And help me how to manage it. Or delivery the old fridge I will stop bothering you guys.

[Anand M @manand_24]

@Flipkart Hoping here someone who can understand what me and my family is going through and at least now they can solve the problem on a priority basis. Or share POC detail who we can check with?? Disgusting experience after making payments to just a replacement.

[Anand M @manand_24]

@Flipkart Customer executives will give no information. Some say u will receive an call. So far not received any call or email. They wanted ID proof no idea for what? We shared the same, even after that no response. How many more days just for replacement? 7 days over now

[Anand M @manand_24]

@Flipkart As we are prime customer never expected this would happen to us. Never thought @Flipkart would do this for my family. We are not asking for refund. Just an replacement of the same product with the colour we ordered for. Let us know what else is required??

[Anand M @manand_24]

@Flipkart Cs@flipkart is not at all responding and they are asking us to wait for 20 days. How can I ask my family to stay without fridge for 20 days? Please let me know who can I check for the solution here? After making payment this is we are treated?

[Anand M @manand_24]
