मेरे पिता जी ज्यूडिशियरी में रहे हैं . थोड़ी -बहुत समझ मुझे भी है . मैंने कई ऐसे मौके देखे हैं , जब किसी जज पर कोई पक्ष उनकी निष्पक्षता पर जरा शक करता है तो जज ख़ुद ही ऐसे मामलों की सुनवाई से अलग हो जाते हैं . कई बार जज इसलिए किसी सुनवाई से ख़ुद को अलग कर लेते हैं कि उनपर कोई आरोप न लगे या उनकी मंशा पर कोई संदेह न हो . लोअर कोर्ट से अपर कोर्ट की ऐसी दर्जनों मिसालें हैं .
यहां तो देख रहा हूं कि इतने सवाल खड़े होने के बाद भी जज ने तय कर लिया है कि उन्हें इस मामले से अलग नहीं होना है . बल्कि सुनवाई भी करनी है और फैसला भी देना है .

The food price control in India is political, and the burden is borne by the farmers and consumers together. However it is wishful to expect 'Good Package' again as a grant. There is work required on the ground. Agri focussed MBA and IIT for the farmers will be a good start.

@Devinder_Sharma Isn't govt fixing the benchmark price still a partial solution? When the supply is much higher than the demand, in the MSP regimen, the farmer will be stuck with unsold produce. The demand has to go up to ensure all produce is sold at a respectable price.

@Devinder_Sharma Kinnow farming is a classic example of poorly executed shortsighted schemes. First, they heavily promote growing it. Now the production far exceeds demand and all the fancy plans and planners are gone with the wind. A lot of orchards are being uprooted by the farmers now.
