Hey Flipkart,
Just wanted to know what's the purpose of In-App support if that's not working. I mean, I'm waiting for a week to get a callback from your support team, and you folk's don't check/reply on DM, how ignoring and rude is that?
Uber trying to get out of reimbursing me for a cleaning fee after I had to deal with this in my car all night I explained to them my kids ride in this vehicle and they could give a damn about their safety or health and by Ubers guidelines they are supposed to reimburse you
@Uber_Support@UberEats I placed several orders. The voucher was successful applied and after delivering I was charged for it? No help from uber support in the app. This all are unauthorized and unapproved charges and Transcations on my credit card. I will report it yo my bank.
@UberINSupport Thanks for the long awaited support, yes now the complete issue is resolved but that's after 38days. I hope you'll understand the issues better and faster in future to provide a seamless support experience.

It's been getting a month now, and there's no proper support response from your side, only just ignorance. Shocking to see a multinational company like Uber to have such a crappy "Customer Support".
@UberINSupport It has been two days past I had replied and requested you to check the DM but see there's no response from your end after that. Just only ignorance for once again! Kindly make the effort to resolve the other half of the issue at an earliest possible.
@UberINSupport Hey Uber, kindly don't repeat yourself again and again! I've already said that kindly check your DM for more details, as you just refunded me of one single ride for vaccination saying the other ride wasn't taken on the same day, and that's why I've shared the screenshot as proof.
@UberINSupport Hey Uber, It needs to be addressed further so I've sent a reply to your Direct Message in order to make things more simple. Kindly continue your generous support and update me on the same. -Thanks
@UberINSupport Well that was really prompt, but you just addressed half the issue as I took two rides (To and From) the vaccination centre, but you forgot to look after the other ride I took on the same day for the same purpose. Kindly update me about the same also. -Thanks
@UberINSupport Hey, Uber I hope you will try to understand my concern in a better way as I've already said it multiple times that the vaccination rides are already completed!
JUST KEEP YOUR PROMISE AND REFUND ME THE CHARGED AMOUNT AS PER THE PROMISE YOU MADE!!
@UberINSupport It was Suraksha Diagnostics Pvt Ltd Kolkata, but please don't say again that it isn't a pre-approved one, as we all are supposedly to get vaccinated nearby through the Co-Win vaccination appointment booking app's recommendations. The condition/full t&c wasn't mentioned anywhere!!
@UberINSupport Hello Uber, I've already shared all the details previously. But it wasn't followed up after you disagreed to accept the vaccination promo saying it wasn't a pre-approved one which you failed to mentioned anywhere, and you broke your promise by charging the complete ride fare :-(
@UberINSupport Yes, I've already been very specific about it and even after that there's no proper satisfactory resolution from your support end about it. Do you guys even try to understand your customers? Or just ignore them after giving them an auto reply!

Received emails months ago telling how Uber is helping us to get vaccinated by providing 2 free rides to the vaccination centre, thought it to be a great initiative also the mail carried a link towards a blog post of the complete story. (1/5)
@UberINSupport Hey Uber, you guys already know about the complete issue, I've already reached out through In-App & Twitter DM. But you're just ignoring me in the name of follow up & it's really shocking and heartbreaking to see a big MNC like you ignoring their customers in the name of support.

Why you guys are not replying anymore in the name of your support? Seems like it's how take care of your customers.....
