@CFC_Eire @JamesNHelm @scottvanvliet You’re not downloading the game from the internet. The console is installing from the disc. The disc does not load data fast enough to actually play the game directly, so it copies everything to the hard drive to play it from there, which is faster.

Something to note is that many of the disc based games that have issues launching were games with major patches that changed game ID or smart delivery games where a user had recieved a Series X version from owning an Xbox One disc

But the Xbox Series consoles aren’t cracked, only the PS5 - so if any emulation for GTA6 is possible (which, I doubt it will be possible for many years), you’d need a rig 2-3x more powerful than PS5 to run it

@Gilgamesh8443 @techdroider I’d assume only highest end of PCs to be able to run this emulator in any meaningful way - I feel like generally you need 2-3x the horsepower to be able to emulate, and especially in this AI era I think you’d be hard pressed to find people that have a PC 2-3x as powerful as PS5

@DarthSibrian @Silent_J0E @Pirat_Nation each disc has its own ID - you tie that disc to your account, and you have a full digital game and don't need to use the disc. if you give the disc to someone else, the license transfers to them. disc enables sharing but it isnt required to actually play the game after being used
