@oldishbird1@Alexarmstrong@rospay15 The audit only assessed the process, not the decisions, which are clearly flawed.
Developer statements that are evidentially untrue, accepted.
All objections ignored, leaning on mitigation that cannot be delivered & hasn't been assessed via EIA/LVIA/VIA, or any other means.
@Alexarmstrong@GBNEWS Alex, don't forget this is FOUR mega warehouses immediately bordering hundreds of homes.
Not just the 1 warehouse & the few homes you see here.
The council signed off mitigation that can't be delivered.
No EIA, LVIA, VIA or anything else, was carried out to measure the impact.
@GBNEWS@Alexarmstrong Just to be clear.
It's isn't just this 1 warehouse & a few homes.
Its FOUR mega warehouses (2 of which are 60ft high) immediately bordering 100 homes & a school, with hundreds more homes impacted by it.
It's utterly horrendous.
@WiganCouncil have been a disgrace throughout.
@SkySportsRL - Brimson in for Welsby. Shocking in defence & too many times failed to get the ball to Farnworth & Wardle, our main strike players.
- Walmsley too slow & exposed in defence, bring in Smithies.
- Lewis poor in defence, bring in Smith.
We're not far off but defence must be 100%.
