@flipkartsupport After around 10 days of lots and lots of phone calls @Flipkart has managed to accept the duplicate mobile as return and refunded my money.

Roughly 3 months ago, I purchased Nokia 3310 from @Flipkart.
In such a short time, the mobile has screen issues. When we confirmed with @NokiamobileIN , it was found out the the mobile is duplicate.
