@British_Airways This happened on our outbound flight too. How can this happen when we have paid. No aircraft change this time which was the excuse for our change a week ago!
And the people in our seats told us they had not paid for them and were surprised where they were sitting!

@McDonalds another day another dirty table! Yesterday’s tweet ignored. Today I ASKED for the table to be cleaned and the cleaner nodded then disappeared! Ate my breakfast off my lap! I’m sure McDonalds don’t care but I won’t be returning.

@McDonalds very disappointed to see such low hygiene standards in your Charing Cross restaurant. Old lady leaves... dirty tissue left on the table. Staff remove tissue but don’t clean the table whatsoever. An unassuming new customer sits down! 😵
