@AldiUK Thank you I will pop back in with it. I don't think its off, I think it's the wrong product in the bottle! Its more like actual conditioner rather than a leave in spray. Might be worth you checking a few batches though. I bought it from your St Albans Store last Sunday
@British_Airways just wondering how long it takes for a complaint to be answered by your customer relations team. Purchased a BA holiday in good faith and turns out the hotel is a health and safety risk. Have changed hotels at a huge expense. I would appreciate a reply

@LookfantasticCS I ordered a bundle on black Friday and was only sent one item. So far via message I have been offered a 50% refund and then told a replacement item was being sent, then told it wasn't being sent and now I can't have a refund as I have used one of the items!
