@SouthwestAir After I checked in I got a message saying I was on standby because “seats were no longer available” even though they were available for purchase. It’s misleading messaging for your customers.

@SouthwestAir Why was I put on standby for my flight to MCO when there are plenty of open seats? Was it to force me to buy a seat? Seems a little scammy to me when it said I would be assigned a seat at check in.

@901Lulu There’s no way to get out of the Chicago river. The walls on either side of the river are very high. If you fall in, there’s no easy way to pull yourself out.

@Metra The later trains are not on the schedule online or in the app. Are they still running? I’m specifically talking about the 9:40pm or 11pm UPW out of Ogilvie.
