@Elevatorguy2 @TorontoStar What are you talking about? Yes - they are LITERALLY making less than minimum wage. In Ontario its $14/hr but servers make $12.20/hr. The reason is because they should be making tips to compensate, but during the pandemic a lot of servers are making no tips. That’s the rationale.
