I believe the timeline for the UK to meet Net Zero cannot be changed at will by the PM – I contend that he does not have the legal right

@jill_lorean No it’s one of my biggest gripes. I live in Glasgow but work just outside Edinburgh. I’d rather take the train but it is not financially viable.
