@Publix also if they ask for what service and questions is answered they shouldn’t go into further interrogations. If doubt ask if you have paperwork or keep an eye on them to observe dogs to see if they are trained how to be in store. The process shouldn’t be triggering……

@Publix I know you are rolling out program to enforce service dogs only but the security guards and management should all go through sensitivity training. If owner identifies their dog as service that should be sufficient. By law dog doesn’t need to wear clothes to identify as 1
