@virginmedia It was offered, but why should I have to pay to replace a very old faulty part. Plus, being laughed at is inexcusable. However, when I called to cancel, I finally spoke to a polite person who sorted it out without charge, as it initially should have been.

Absolutely appalling service from @virginmedia this evening. Had router over 6 yrs, refuse to sent new one out. Passed on to a rude manager who I overheard laughing at me in the background #disgusted cancelling service
