Unacceptable @rtrhelp my initial order arrived late and then after 2 hours of numerous calls to you the other 2 replacement ordered won't arrive on time either before I leave on a cruise for my anniversary.
@rtrhelp Not helpful as always. I will not continue my subscription after 2 more wrong deliveries again. And would recommend others find a company that actually cares about customer experience.
Used @RenttheRunway for barely 2.5 months-they've messed up every order. Customer service says they'll TRY to help. Again I won't have my order before an event. Even after 5 calls to them to solve. Ridiculous.
