@Allegiant Flight 197 (ABE) had a maintenance issue. 2 hours on the plane w/ little info only to deplane. The next gate had a flight leaving in 45 mins, but a rude gate agent wouldn't help. I called customer service, but the wait was so long, I missed that flight. Make it right!
