6 hours - neither the power in Kalyani Nagar is restored, nor is there any response from @MSEDCL. It seems to me that MSEDCL is displaying supreme unconcern to the suffering of normal citizens.
@CMOMaharashtra should dissolve MSEDCL and privatise it, if it can’t be efficient.

Can you tell me when I should expect the power to be restored? The entire area has no power. Is this the way to make Pune a Smart City? @CMOMaharashtra, @OfficeofUT, @INCIndia, @AUThackeray

No electricity in Kalyani Nagar, Pune since 7:10 pm today, should have been back by 9 pm. @MSEDCL not reachable on the customer service line. Complete disregard for customers by the incompetent @MSEDCL. Someone needs to be sacked! @CMOMaharashtra will you be taking action?

Perhaps London is a COVID hotspot now and all flights are impacted. But has it impacted @British_Airways ability to offer an alternative? It should have been @British_Airways moral responsibility to do so. We’re most certainly upset at how this was handled.

@British_Airways just stopped my son, a student, from boarding his flight to the Netherlands via London. He was neither offered an alternative, nor given a refund. Just a random reason -“Bubble Agreement”. Perhaps it occurred to @British_Airways after he web checked-in. - 1 of 2
