Hey @SECGov @LFG_org @terra_money @fleece_cannon @Delphi_Digital care to explain to everyone how the Luna Foundation Guard assets which are owned by them not TFL and whose mission statement outline their purpose is for the defence of the USTC peg is now being used to pay the judgement against TFL. TFL have 0 claim over LFG assets as those assets were donations and cannot be clawed back. Using those funds in any manner that is in contradiction to the LFG mission statement is illegal is it not?

Neither $LUNC or $LUNA investors support the funds being used in this manner and wish for these funds to be put back under community control.

Digorgement of funds in the manner the @SECGov is proposing will only serve to harm investors/holders further. We've been screwed once, we dont need to be screwed twice. As a both a precrash and post crash investor, I don't want cents on the dollar, I want a chance of recovery and it's evident most holders feel the same. Currently recovery is feasible as theres enough assets in LFG to fully collaterlise USTC to market price.
