Clearstream Adds XRP, XLM To Crypto Custody

Clearstream has expanded its institutional crypto custody platform to include $XRP, $SOL, $ADA, $AVAX, $XLM and $LTC.

The move broadens its offering beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum as institutional demand for MiCA compliant digital assets grows.

The Deutsche Börse subsidiary provides custody and settlement infrastructure across more than 60 markets.

@StellarOrg has now crossed $3 BILLION worth of real-world assets tokenised on its network, per @MSBintel, the L1 having made major progress in several key areas in 2026.

Less than a month ago, $XLM hit a new all-time high for TVL at more than $241 million and now plays host to nearly $845 million in stablecoins.

BITCOIN BOTTOM SIGNAL IS FLASHING AGAIN!

Bears called for $100 BTC in 2014.

Then they called for $1,000 BTC in 2018.

After that, bears were convinced $10,000 BTC will happen in 2022.

Now, they are vocal about $30K-$40K BTC in 2026.

They were wrong the last 3 times, and maybe it won't be any different this time.

CLARITY Act, 마지막 문턱까지 온 듯함.

지난 24시간 동안 중요한 변곡점이 있었음.

미국 주요 법집행기관들이
CLARITY Act 반대에서 한발 물러서기 시작함.

NOBLE은 공개적으로 법안을 지지했고,
Major County Sheriffs of America는 반대에서 중립으로 이동함.

핵심 쟁점은 Section 604였음.

이 조항 때문에 일부 수사기관은
“크립토 범죄 수사가 어려워지는 것 아니냐”고 우려했음.

그런데 이번에 NOBLE이 태세전환 시전:

"NOBLE은 CLARITY Act가 기존 자금세탁, 무허가 송금업, 범죄수사 권한을 약화시키지 않는다고 봤음.

오히려 크립토 사업자에 대한 보고 의무, 자산 압류, 정보 공유 같은 수사 근거를 더 명확히 해준다고 평가한 것."

즉, 가장 큰 반대 명분 하나가 없어진 셈.

이제 남은 큰 장애물은 단 하나:

트럼프 일가의 크립토 사업과 관련된 이해충돌 방지 조항.

민주당은 이 부분을 꼭 넣고 싶어 하고,
공화당과 백악관은
특정 정치인을 겨냥한 규제로 비칠 수 있다며 반발하고 있음.

이제 막바지 CLARITY Act의 핵심 쟁점은:

“크립토를 규제할 것이냐”의 싸움이 아니라,

“크립토 규제법을 만드는 사람들이
동시에 크립토 사업으로 돈 벌어도 되느냐”의 싸움으로 넘어간 듯함.

이 윤리 조항만 정리되면
8월 휴회 전 표결 가능성은 꽤 열려 있음.

⚡️ROBINHOOD TAPS CHAINLINK FOR CRYPTO INFRASTRUCTURE

Robinhood selecting @chainlink as its official data + onchain oracle provider puts LINK in the same conversation as prior BlackRock, Coinbase, and Swift-linked integrations.

I'm very pleased to be holding strong positions into the following protocols.

$NEAR - The AI play that consistently continues to build and grow with their revenues.
$TAO - Fascinating blockchain and severely undervalued (only due to the recent issues within the subnets)
$EIGEN - Gave back all the gains (and I should have sold there), however, expecting to clearly break into an uptrend from here.
$W - My Solana play, as Solana has already been outperforming and I expect more upside to come there.
$ONDO - One of the best RWA plays and should be traded significantly higher due to the recent inflow and underlying TVL.

I'm unsure about my positions on $OP and $SEI as they are severely underperforming.

I'll be continuing to evaluate those positions going forward, as there are many protocols starting to wake up strongly that could fit:
- $JUP, $JTO, $ZAMA to name a few.
