Brands focus a lot on customer experience of onboarding and making the entry to adoption easier. But seldom do they focus on customer exit scenarios. For example @ATT, getting their wireless service is super easy, but closing one is the MOST cumbersome thing on the planet 🤮

@elonmusk@elonmusk Definitely love that feature with my Model X plaid! But on the other hand, it’s been 2 months since taking delivery and still FSD & even basic autopilot does not work on the car. @TeslaService hasn’t been able to fix twice. Help if you can!
