No, correct me if wrong, but I don’t think @US_FDA has yet established limits of pasteurization of milk to fully inactivate #H5N1 virus at varying viral loads, nor standardized procedures to ensure each processor is following an established pasteurization process for H5N1 inactivation. If they have, I’ve missed the data and would love to be corrected.
