सुप्रीम कोर्ट कॉलेजियम ने सोमवार, 28 सितंबर को तीन हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीशों को सुप्रीम कोर्ट का न्यायाधीश नियुक्त करने की सिफारिश की है। कॉलेजियम के प्रस्ताव के अनुसार गुजरात हाई कोर्ट की मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस सुनीता अग्रवाल, दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस देवेंद्र कुमार उपाध्याय और तेलंगाना हाई कोर्ट के मुख्य न्यायाधीश जस्टिस अपरेश कुमार सिंह के नाम की सिफारिश की गई है।
यह फैसला सोमवार को हुई कॉलेजियम की बैठक में लिया गया। कॉलेजियम में भारत के प्रधान न्यायाधीश जस्टिस सूर्यकांत के अलावा जस्टिस विक्रम नाथ, जस्टिस बीवी नागरत्ना, जस्टिस एमएम सुंदरेश और जस्टिस पीएस नरसिम्हा शामिल हैं।
कॉलेजियम की सिफारिश सामने आने के बाद जजों की वरिष्ठता को लेकर सवाल भी उठाए जा रहे हैं। पूर्व नौकरशाह आशीष जोशी और पत्रकार मनीष छिब्बर ने सोशल मीडिया पोस्ट के जरिए कॉलेजियम की सिफारिश पर आपत्ति जताई है। उनका दावा है कि ऑल इंडिया सीनियरिटी के आधार पर शीर्ष तीन हाई कोर्ट चीफ जस्टिस के बजाय चौथे, पांचवें और छठे स्थान वाले नामों की सिफारिश की गई है।
आशीष जोशी ने इसे संस्थागत क्षरण से जोड़ते हुए कहा कि वरिष्ठता की अनदेखी से न्यायपालिका के भीतर मनोबल प्रभावित हो सकता है। उन्होंने यह भी सवाल उठाया कि अगर किसी वरिष्ठ को दरकिनार कर उससे जूनियर को पदोन्नत किया जाता है तो इसके स्पष्ट और रिकॉर्डेड कारण सार्वजनिक किए जाने चाहिए। ये टिप्पणियां उनके व्यक्तिगत विचार हैं।
मनीष छिब्बर ने भी सोशल मीडिया पर इसी मुद्दे को उठाते हुए कहा कि ऑल इंडिया सीनियरिटी में पहले, दूसरे और तीसरे स्थान पर रहने वाले नामों की जगह चौथे, पांचवें और छठे स्थान वाले मुख्य न्यायाधीशों की सिफारिश की गई है। वरिष्ठता सूची और कॉलेजियम की सिफारिश के बीच अंतर को लेकर सोशल मीडिया पर बहस शुरू हो गई है।
अगर केंद्र सरकार कॉलेजियम की इन सिफारिशों को मंजूरी दे देती है तो सुप्रीम कोर्ट में न्यायाधीशों की संख्या 37 हो जाएगी। इसके साथ ही महिला न्यायाधीशों की संख्या दो से बढ़कर तीन होने की बात कही जा रही है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भारत के प्रधान न्यायाधीश समेत अधिकतम 38 न्यायाधीश हो सकते हैं।
Let SCs, STs, MBCs and minorities stand by and support BSP, which works as a pressure group to give these caste leaders importance in other parties. Without BSP, these leaders’ worth will be lost in other parties.
SC समुदाय में 55-60% आबादी जाटव समाज की है.
UP में जाटव 15% हैं. लगभग हर सात में से एक वोटर जाटव है.
इसके बावजूद BSP को 2022 के विधानसभा चुनाव में 12.88% वोट और 2024 के लोकसभा चुनाव में 9.39% वोट मिला.
जबकि ASP केवल 2 लोकसभा सीटों पर चुनाव लड़ी थी. 6% वोट कहां गया ? यानी जाटव वोट INDIA और NDA में थोड़ा बहुत जा रहा है.

महाराष्ट्र में SC समाज में 60% आबादी महार जाति की है. महार समाज का वोट एक पार्टी को आज तक गया ही नही. इसी कारण वो दलित राजनीति कमजोर है.
कोर वोटर को अपने पार्टी के साथ संकट में खुलकर खड़ा होना चाहिए. BSP केवल एक पार्टी नही, BSP एक आंदोलन. BSP अगर खत्म हुई तो उत्तर भारत में दलित आंदोलन खत्म हो जाएगा.
आगामी विधानसभा चुनाव में BSP को 15% जाटव वोट और 5-6% अन्य दलित वोट प्राप्त हो जाता है तो कम से कम BSP को 50 ज्यादा सीट आ सकती है.

This is historical reality. The Ramayana is a mythological scripture justifying killings of aboriginal Dravidian opponents as Rakshasas; others accepted servitude and slavery. Otherwise, where have the Rakshasas gone? Thus Sanatana Dharma scriptures are poisonous and cancerous for 85% SC, ST and OBC Hindus, and honey for 15% Savarna Hindus.
