@Dev_Fadnavis Sir, it takes 8 years to build a bridge. Roads dug for pipeline, no footpaths to walk. Only if we focus on what is important than what is visible!
Applying an MDR is theoretically correct. There is a cost for all the financial plumbing. It’s like paying a toll for using an expressway.
Applying an MDR in practicality is a different ball game. It pushes you to use cards. But they have a higher MDR. So the alternative is cash. Do we want more transactions to move towards cash? Merchants will love it. More tax evasion. They are forced to put UPI QR codes coz the customers demand it. Else sales will move to the other shop.
Reforms are most difficult in a low-trust Democracy like ours.
I like what @Tukaram_IndIAS is doing in Maharashtra, I love it.
But his PR overdrive is making me very uneasy.
His should speak through his work.
Whenever government officers begin to actively court media attention, it weakens their authenticity and perception.
It also deprives of attention the numerous other officers who are also doing their job efficiently across India but don’t know how to seek or get media attention.
@fssaiindia
@PMCPune You couldn't plan these work before? are you waking up now 5 months after completion of bridge which itself took over 8 years to build? #incompetentpmc
@DefenceBrat Pune to Delhi flight will be domestic and that flight will not release all passengers across the immigration in Delhi airport, so this will not work.
Only way that works if that flight has stop over in Delhi and you go all the way to Tokyo with it!
@thehawkeyex you may compare convoy of british pm with ours, and while at that you may also compare how much extravagant indian bureaucrats spends on themselves compared to other nations
@Dev_Fadnavis@narendramodi your convoy makes people wait on road for long time, they have no choice but to keep engine running that burns the same fuel. what will you do to reduce that?
