Was unable to handle heavy workload(he wasnt trained properly).
Customers were nt supportive

🚨 No Health Insurance Login = No EOD
This screenshot, reportedly from Indian Bank Midnapore Zone, exposes the ugly reality of target pressure inside PSBs.
Branches will not be allowed to proceed for EOD without participation.
Imagine the mindset behind this order.
Health Insurance is a voluntary financial product. Customers buy it based on need, affordability and trust not because branch staff are being cornered through operational pressure.
How can any officer ensure 100% participation?
What happens if customers simply refuse?
Will employees now be harassed for citizens exercising their choice?
This is exactly how mis-selling culture starts.
⚠️ Threaten branches
⚠️ Force staff to chase logins
⚠️ Convert banking into a sales battlefield
⚠️ Then later blame employees when complaints arise
PSB employees are already handling:
➡Deposits
➡Advances
➡Recoveries
➡Compliance
➡Government schemes
➡Digital issues
➡Audit pressure
➡Staff shortage
And now even EOD is being linked to insurance participation?
This is not motivation.
This is institutionalized pressure tactics.
@DFS_India, @MyIndianBank@RBI@FinMinIndia@irdaindia must answer:
❓Is blocking EOD for insurance participation officially permitted?
❓Are banking operations now being used as leverage for cross-selling?
❓Who will take responsibility for unethical selling pressure created through such directives?
Public Sector Banks cannot be run through fear messages on WhatsApp groups.

आज मैं पंजाब नेशनल बैंक में गया था. मैं ₹ 1 लाख का चेक लेकर बैंक काउण्टर पर पहुँचा, एक महिला कर्मचारी थी. उन्होंने कहा 30 हज़ार रुपये से ज़्यादा नहीं मिलेगा. दो दिन बाद यानी सोमवार को आना,

यही बात मैंने मैनेजर को भी बताया, मैनेजर ने कैश देने से इनकार कर दिया. मैं फिर से अपनी बात रख ही रहा था इतने में बैंक में काम करने वाला एक प्राइवेट कर्मचारी मुझसे बेहद सख़्त लहजे में अभद्र तरीके से बात करने लगता है.
मैंने सिर्फ़ लाइन में बोला -
भाई साहब twitter पर मेरे 50 हज़ार फॉलोअर्स है, अब आप लोग तय कर ले की कैश अभी देंगे या बाद में बुला देंगे.
क्योंकि कैश तो देना ही पड़ेगा, मैं भीख मांगने नहीं आया हूँ,
मेरी बात सुनने ही बैंक मैनेजर को दिन में तारे दिखने लगे, उन्होंने मेरा चेक लिया, उसे बाद बैंक औपचारिकताओं को पूरा करके तुरंत ₹1 लाख रुपये दे दिया.
मेरी तरह और 3-4 लोग बैंक में कैश की लाइन में थे. और सब को जानबूझ परेशान किया जा रहा था क्योंकि बैंक वाले भारी भरकम कैश बड़े व्यापारियों को दे देते है जिसके एवज में उन्हें कमीशन मिल जाता है.
एक बात तो तय है कि अगर आप शिक्षित है तो आपका शोषण नहीं हो सकता. बाक़ी @pnbindia को ऐसे मामलों में बैंक कर्मचारियों पर कड़ी कार्यवाही करनी चाहिए.
Bank Customer Services will definitely impacted as Banks already running with acute Shortage of staffs doing all the Financial Inclusion work of Govt, but Census Duties are beyong imagination.
