You arranged 3 pickup attempts, and every time the pickup agent refused saying the set is incomplete which is exactly the issue I raised.

@nykaafashion Hi @NykaaFashion, please coordinate with the pickup agent when arranging the return. Today also agent refused pickup with same reason. I explained that one item from the set is missing, but he said there is no such description mentioned in the pickup request.
