We booked a ticket from LHR-HYD via Doha via Travelup, and now the flight reschuled by a few hours.
I tried contacting Qatar Airways helpline and they say they dont have booking anymore under our name and now its invalid.

2/ Even so, I Can still see my updated/Rescheduled ticket under my booking id on Qatar Air manage booking, but both the call centre- Qatar and Tripup say its invalid. Why and what is the issue?
